Does it matter if I scream or whisper?
Would you hear me either way?
Or maybe I shouldn’t even strain my voice
What does it matter? You didn’t even stay.
Does it matter if I wait or leave?
Would you come for me either way?
Or maybe I shouldn’t even come at all
What does it matter? You’re always late.
Does it matter if I cry or stay unfazed?
Would you care either way?
Or maybe I shouldn’t even react
What does it matter? You’re doing A o-kay.

Would you actually mourn my passing?

Father's are so often forgotten, it's a sad poem. It must be confusing, Do you frequently include him in your poems?

My thoughts and feelings are 100% captured in this poem. I recently just had a pretty bad heartbreak and this is exactly what I'm thinking. This is like the angry part of dealing with the heart. I just wrote a poem about the sadness I felt but this definitely has the anger. Especially the line "does it matter if I cry or stay unfazed?" like I really don't think it does in these situations. They didn't care enough to stay and they knew they would hurt you.
