It is, for sure! But somehow we survived before.... Anyway, I haven't actually completely left, so now the secret is out - my poem is a bit of a lie! (Let's call it wishful thinking.) I've "unfollowed" absolutely everyone & everything except groups that I'm part of in real life that use fb to communicate. Haven't found a good replacement for that feature yet. This is really a trial run to see if I can survive! It has more to do with awareness of my limited self control than any kind of virtue.

Yup. I didn't quit it, just made it completely boring by unfollowing all the fun stuff.  So far it has helped loosen the grip....

I will do this someday.

I recommend it.  Not sure if I'll ever go back.
Certainly I haven't missed twitter and instagram one bit.
