The Unbearable Dream
Gentle, did Mother Nature call; to a beautiful dream was my soul assigned. Created and blessed with the essence to hear her speak; always did I long to hear and listen. To the forest and amongst the bears; I wished to one day live. On their sacred ground would I be enlightened; myself, as the wild thing in their woods. I longed to scrutinize their life; perusing them in my wondrous awe. As my musings; to treasure, respect and speak their dialect. Upon the daisies wild and dancing dandelion fur; vividly, did I see us frolic in delight. Harsh, did Mother Nature then call; from my dream, was I then diverted. But to the forest and amongst the bears; do I still wish to live.

This isn't a fictional account, my love and dream to live off grid( off grid was shared with my husband) and amongst wildlife; bears in general was inspired by The Grizzly Man documentary about the late, Timothy Treadwell. It's a must see and a must read as he had an undying and incredible love of "His bears".

Thank you dear Pandora, for you beautiful love of nature in your ink. I used to live off grid in Missouri area near wolf sanctuary. Helped out there and also had pleasure of raising a hybrid grey wolf. I named he Shades of the Woods. 🌲🌲😁

Thank you for your comment and a little piece of your own history. This dream ended in 2006 and a lot has changed since then! If it were my viable choice Id probably be there now! I've worked with wildlife but to live with them; surely heaven. Sigh
You never know what the future may reward to you again some day my dear.🌲💐

The point did come across dear Pandora. Guess should of clarified that the future holds new ways of correcting physical ways to become reality again. Advances in all sciences are evolving all the time.😉💐

Thank you Matthew. I'd like to think we all have good hearts. Usually ugly ones don't honor animals sadly. This was also an ode to that old dream to go unlived. I hope you find him fascinating, he was a character alone!! I reccomemend the movie but you can check some scenes out on YouTube

Bear dreams would usually be thought nightmares; here we have a glimpse of an animal equivalent of 'the noble savage'. As pic suggests, a beauty among the beasts.

Oh no, not a nightmare at all. Do watch the Grizzly Man documentary!! Those bears were his family! Unfortunately another group ate him🙁

Absolutely, I agree 100% with that idea, this world is insane . Unfortunately this dream ended in 2006 after a disability hit. I would be a dead Pandora in those woods now. Lol. I just felt compelled to write about it.
