in your fortress of solitude
a still life portrait of
beauty
freshly bathed
relaxed and rejuvenated
scented in oils of the esoteric
sipping sustenance from
your favorite cup
legs folded
in your favorite chair
delicately molded over time
to the curvature of your
divine posture
i dreamt you
from a distance i did
you're the living confirmation that
deserves the consolation of
how my loving spirit
feels you
in silence
inhaling your
evanescence as you
inhale the steam from your cup
quietly..like a caressing
ghost
privy only
to your subconscious
stroking the moon-child within
innerstanding your need to
take time just for you
to do just you
to
readdress...reassess...reset
in my absence
while
i reassure you
without one word spoken
that should you ever feel the need
my love is just a telephone
call away

Hahaha, dude we listen to this song every time that we go home. Our uncle is an old school fiend of all genres. We turned his garage into his own little music center, even with a reel to reel and a 8 track plugged in. He loves showing off to all of his buddies his collection from the early 60's to the early 90's, if he says he has it believe him he has it. This song, the piece, and the pic all seem to be working in perfect unison. Just to let her know that you are there if needed, not to overbear but to compliment. Tight
