FEEDING NATURE'S WAY
At certain intervals of the day
She would feed her baby Nature's way,
Going off to some private room where
Sartorially she could prepare.
The eyes of the outside world to bar,
She would take off her shirt and her bra.
In a topless nudity complete,
She guided baby's head to the teat.
Sometimes, at home, she'd get butt naked
As she prepared to suckle her kid,
Sit crosslegged on yoga mat on floor
As she dispensed from mammary store.
At times, in place of cross-legs, she'd squat
Upon her knees when feeding her tot,,
Looking down, smiling with motherly pride,
On her baby's face, contented-eyed.
She'd come maternally all over
As its lips pressed the areola,
How its jaws on her nipple did pluck
As cheerfully away it did suck.
It brought to her mind those nights of bliss
When its father those same breasts would kiss
As he performed his husbandly deed
Of planting in her womb the child's seed....
Now husband-father was far away
Working to bring to their home his pay,
While she was suckling the reminder
Of nights, for a time, left behind her.
She crossed off the days on calendar
To when he would be back home with her,
They welcoming him with a group hug,
Which would warm her like a coffee mug.
She would feed her baby Nature's way,
Going off to some private room where
Sartorially she could prepare.
