MIDNIGHT SWIM
I went out for a midnight swim
with an instructress from the gym
who showed off her well toned body
in all its glory, just for me.
We'd had a drink that got us warm,
to encourage the naked form.
Feeling more immune to the cold,
thus so our naughty thoughts took hold.
To the beach we hurried from the bar,
taking her with me in my car.
We found an isolated spot
with none here to see what we'd got.
To shed our clothes we held a race,
headed for tide at running pace,
Our clothes lay piled behind a dune,
shaded from the light of the moon.
We hit the surf with a light squeal
at cold sea on bare skins' first feel.
Soon sea and blood heat met half way,
we crawled and stroked in surf of bay,
Once of the dip we'd had enough,
we climbed out, dripping in the buff.
From a bag a towel I took
to dry ourselves as nightbirds look.
