Have you ever heard of Masaru Emoto and his study of water crystals in relation to exposure to various music and emotion? It's absolutely fascinating. I apply the same concept to food when preparing and prior to ingesting it.

I am familiar. My wife swears by his work. I honestly don't know what to make of it, being so interested in both spirit and science. It certainly is fascinating.

Your wife is very wise. The thing I find most interesting is that we are mostly water - so if emotions and music affect water - how must it affect us? I loved the second link where the doctor actually took blood before and after the water - and it was amazing the difference.

I care not for the implication (in the video) that hard rock and curse words are a problem, but I understand that the theory is more about emotion and tone (frequency) and there are aspects to it I can connect with.
