The Human Condition
A dripping IV, ease your life
They might be able to fix your brain
But there’s nothing they can do for a broken heart
Wait it out, it’s just withdrawal anyway
Don’t forget to take your meds
Twice a day; two blue, one red
And pay no attention to those voices in your head
Unless they tell you to give me money; then they are right
Sanctimonious bastards!
Tell me how to write poems!
They might be able to fix your brain

Wait it out, it’s just withdrawal anyway
Don’t forget to take your meds
