* I used to have a Love who said she'd eat Grubs with me as long as they weren't squishy and I told her I'd grill 'em as they taste like Bacon if grilled.

Grubs are very nutritious for a small item
When eaten raw they taste like lightly sweeten almonds. I like 'em either way - raw or grilled.
Just gotta remember to pulled the heads off if
eating raw or they'll be biting Your tongue
before You can crunch them

I used to Backpack in my youthful days and go on trips for 2 to 6 weeks and would take very little food with me and live off the land and grubs are waaaaaaaaaay easier to catch than, say a rabbit.
