it does not necessarily come
from waiting for bees with genius ideas
to give you a seed
to flower out.
sick vines grow as well.

it comes from the act of writing,
writhing,
of speaking your mind,
of telling.
climbing.
No miracle of pollination.
Just sun
and time
and behavior activation.
Skill and motivation.
Not patiently waiting
for the words to come
but etching in leafy cursive
the missives of
your brain.

Absolutely wonderful and beautifully expressed. That great poetic revelation people sometimes seek isn't just going to fall out of the sky. You may have to write 1000x poems before you reach the level of writing you want to be at. Anyway, nice work! Keep it up!
