Image for the poem Guardian Angel

Guardian Angel

There are some on earth who dwell
possessing an aura our fears to quell
Passing amongst us oft unseen
one in particular; quiet, serene
My shave and shower she does complete
dried and dressed; no easy feat
All during which we talk and tease
laugh and joke, always at ease
Her never ending love and care
unquestioning loyalty; always there
A mother, a daughter, a sister to some
to me a Guardian Angel bar none
Above reproach, surpassing any test
she is by far the best of the best
