Collective consciousness

Can't help but think how strange us humans are.
Psilocybin has made this very apparent to me so far.
As my tolerance for mindless robotic behavior continues to shrink.

I see the way we behave,
the way our minds function.
We have no sense of independence, relying so heavily on everything outside of ourselves.
Whether it's drugs, technology, other people, pretty much anything except ourselves.

Spiritual materialists
Egocentric primates lost in eternity.
Divided from nature, no remorse for our mistreatment of earth,
our mother, the giver of birth,
We as her children should smother her with love and see what she's worth.
As Alan Watts said, "you didn't come into this world, you came out of it, like a wave from the ocean. You are not a stranger here."
We are a part of nature, expressions of the universe, the eyes and hearts and mind of the cosmos.
It seems society and beliefs and egotistical behaviors cause us to stay blind to this connection.
This message of collective consciousness and universal awareness needs to be inspected and directed into the minds of all the humans who feel disconnected and separate from the natural world.
Into cosmic oneness they need to be hurled.
