I'm not so sure that I agree... completely...
but fractals being what they are
and... I trust in Mother Nature...
I see you more as mostly right...
but I, myself would have liked to eke
more love out of the equation...

I agree with you wholeheartedly. We are capable of so much love. All we have to do is not feed that selfabsorbing inclination that consumes all the love around us..
In terms of science, I’m not worried. That’s at least a couple hundred million years away. I have to worry about andromeda colliding into the milky first and foremost.

Interesting read ... still thinking about it. I wonder if love is like Hawking radiation ... something created out of nothing ... a particle that doesn't manage to extinguish itself but continues forever ...? Dunno but this is the sort of thing that your poem brought to mind.
