She-Devil

She trampled on my lonely heart
Until the blood ran dry.
Discarding me just like a toy
With malice in her eyes.

She left me dangling on a rope
Above a precipice,
As lightning struck a tethered cord,
I felt her wickedness.

She teases men to meet her needs
Then spits them out with glee.
Emboldened by her spicy verse
That reeks of vanity.

She coaxes out the final drops
Of blood within my veins.
Her dangerous mind has robbed me blind,
No love for her remains.

The devil is a woman who
Entices every man.
She whispers in poetic vice
Her sordid masterplan.

I shelter in my solitude
With silence as my friend.
Abandoned to the wilderness
Where broken hearts will mend.
