Lazily Aware

**Yaaaawn……You know…
it’s easy to “ look “ Grounded
and Centered, full on glow,
when things – life
is going, growing smooth
no rocks on the road?

It’s a snap to play a part;
No stress do I show,
even when there’s glass
up ahead on my road.

Mindful and aware
Need to DO what I preach.
Bind tools and cares,
past and future, each ----
Practising,
NO!! Living what I teach.

I’m awake – again – awaken
and I might return to sleep…
