Tears As Portals To Visions

Compacted in a twinkle of joy
a life-time of searching for the Holy Well
delivered its final beginning ... and
without rushing in to grab my inheritance
I savoured the moment for as long
as time would stretch. Removing the cap
from my pen I wrote down the first of many thirsts
and watched my tears grow into a river.
