I play with them to tell stories
fictional & truth
so what you masked
I crafted into comic strips

I have a thing with psychology
I can stay calm & collective
and tell you anything in calculated terms
writing off emotions
to derail your interpretations
so when you see me
you see the coated line
covering a body of personalities

I have a thing with silence
it became my friend when every sound suffocated the fairytales within!
it created my solace
and hid my soul underneath words

I have a thing with normality
it encourages you to find the beauty within
while teaching you not to be the individual craving oxygen

I have a thing against humanity
seeking the right and wrong
in prehistoric idealistic stigmatic notions
telling us a man can only be a man
identifying me by
gender
color
ethnicity
sexual preference
but never a being

I have a thing with respect
accepting all your masks
so if everyone is covered in one
what does it matter if i’m in or out?

My sex does not define my Being!
