When Hump Backs Bebop
A whale serenades his Saturday Night Sweetheart
On the brink of a poodle skirt revival
To do the tail flop bebop
Like teenagers jigging to the jukebox
But these gentle giants are the star of the floor
Upon which they make the leap
Like roller skate wizards
Splashing their love like acrobats
On the golden path from sea to air
With flippers flipping out true love
Until the spray and sun
Make them wanna go yeow!
With barrels of boogie to be had

Mucho gracias Melia my friend. This poem was inspired by three whales leaping of the water at the same time. Truly an awe-inspiring scene that was. They did indeed look to be in the midst of great joy. Thank you for reading my friend and enjoying this piece. ;-)

Several themes/generations in one such as whale, jukebox, roller skates, acrobat and boogie that still form a whole. Interesting.
