(i) On it's Head
Please Love others first
loving self first is selfish
give and you might get
(ii) Number Two A Poo
being self centred
choosing to be number one
makes you number two
(iii) It's O.K!
I really love you
But I just can't love myself
and that is alright
(iv) Has It Been Earned?
Give forgiveness?
you don't really have to
some don't deserve it
(v) Fanning The Flames
if you forgive those
who do unforgivable things
you're an enabler
(vi) Which Doctor
therapists cause harm
skull rattling charlatans
enjoy your mind fuck
(vii) Left Alone
they say it's better
getting rid of toxic people
Fuck! nobody's left
(viii) Calm Down Dear
Diagnosis falters
Pills given to shut you up
comply or die time
(ix) Miss Diag Noses
I'm not bi-polar
firstly I am straight Scottish
and not a white bear

The Rapist of memories
voyeur's wank banked

hate pigeon hollin
they label what scares them
commit do not cure
(xii) Psychobabble Coup
the real lunatics
therapists, psychologists
they're taking over
(xiii) Experi Mental
it's trial and error
be their mental health lab rat
destroying you is fine
(xiv) Money Talks
You are expendable
they don't really care at all
you are a cash cow
(xv) Cured With Worse
symptoms getting worse
so much for her psycho babble
and the drugs don't work
(xvi) All U Need Is Love
there's only one cure
for most mental illnesses
it's just to feel loved

I enjoyed these. I particularly like the Marilyn Manson reference in the title 🤟🏻
I actually laughed at Miss Diag Noses, I think because I can hear you saying it. This whole thing was like a journal of everything I have experienced with therapists over the years. It’s quite the catalogue.
