...And on that day,
She gave her heart away,

Tightly in his pocket,

Thank you, I am delighted to hear that you enjoyed it. I really enjoy writing, and all my works come from the heart and the soul, my technique/skill may be a bit off sometimes, but my words and their messages are as true as Brad Dourif's eyes are blue. :-)

LOL - don't worry about technique/ skills feel free to break with convention I can feel that you write from the heart and thats more important than daft poetry rules :-))))
