the pebble created a ripple
there is a ripple in a lake
pretty patterns show themselves naturally
consequence of the pebble playing out on the surface
until affects disperse and waters stay still
someone caused this rippling effect
they knew the outcome with pebble in their hands
no harm intended, only a nice result
the pebble soared and landed
dropping to the underground
where the hands of the water held the object
and the ripple vanished
initiator takes footsteps away
no crime committed or bad deed, zero pain
only a good act creating pretty patterns
on the soft waters of the lake
smiling in wonder at what they achieved
by one movement of the hand
beautiful outpourings of waves, oh what a sight to see
left in wonder at ourselves
and what we can achieve
with a simple little gesture
a friendly pretty pebble within friendly looking waters
a nice act towards a nice person
one good act from one towards another
equals a smile upon the waters of the receiver
surface responds and surface smiles
a thanks to the initiator who created this feeling
a thanks to the movement of one person's hand
pretty patterns show themselves naturally
consequence of the pebble playing out on the surface
until affects disperse and waters stay still
someone caused this rippling effect
