Young Love

"You're something else you know that?"

"What do you mean?" She says with the biggest smile on her face.

"Baby you know what I mean. How you like to challenge my ego like you just got it going on like that."

She replies, "I do got it going on," smirking and making witty faces.

"Mhmm ooook." He says.

Confidently and swiftly she replies, "You love me thoe so I don't want to hear all that."

"Yes I do unfortunately."

In delight of the moment he is persistent in showing his affection towards his woman's characteristics and childish ways. To adore her mind and beautiful imperfections. Cherishing the time that last hours but seems like five minutes.

Looking up at him with such passion and intensity she insists he do something only real lovers do, "Well since you love me so much kiss me."

He begins to lean in for a kiss but as his lips embrace hers he begins to laugh.

She jokingly slaps his hands for ruining the moment, "Baabbeee whats so funny!"

"I'm sowwy, I just couldn't resist. You're too cute sometimes." He laughs and laughs.

His choice of words may not be the best at times but she's used to his jokingly ways so she plays along, "Sometimes?"

Still laughing he tries to explain but she's not having it.

"Nope, since I'm only cute sometimes get out my ugly face.

Knowing she just want him to grab her and kiss her he does just that.  He pulls her close, so close that they are head to head. Looking deep into eachothers eyes for what seems like 5 minutes but really only 10 seconds; he then kisses her.

You see he is romantic but goofy at the same time. She puts up a front like she don't like it but she do. In her mind, what was once greys are now seen as color that is vividly felt from within. She appreciates her man and knows what they share is not some random ordinary love. She's made a promise to herself to love him even if she has to give tough love.
