If these innards would just rip
Tear me open
Organs slipping from my grip
What would I say?
Falling to the floor
Towards the never more
Would I recount my love for you
In phrases or in verse
Or would I merely froth
Gurgle burbles of blood
Slip into the universe

Vaguely existentialist. In my opinion we all like to think we'll leave something profound behind. I enjoyed the erratic rhyme scheme.
