Image for the poem Forbidden

Forbidden

Taste the salt of thy lover favored,
The sweat of her warm pale skin.
Sweet essence from the gift she labored
Of her love, most forbidden.

Behest, a garland of pearls she gives
As you prostrate before her,
Paid homage for this where your heart lives.
The maze of past and future

Revealed in her crystal murmurings.
Breezes from her flowing hair
Fanning the hot lust & blood which stings
And stirs your soul within, where

She held you captive, a willing slave.
Nothing mattered, all hidden
From your fevered eyes when she then gave
What you crave most forbidden.
