Wash wash wash this immersion
Fingertips
pruned from running water,
rising rose bush prick.
blood vessels constricting,
she was a Boa-
counting white bone collections;
reddish brown scaling trees.
moisture was the
furrows,
Sympathetic is the nervous system.
drying dishes
turned cold
so i threw them off the highway overpass.

You threw your dishes over the side of the road? Seems exteme. When I had dirty dishes they were either washed or thrown away.

Yes I know. I love the sound of shattering dishes thrown across the kitchen and hitting a brick wall. It consumes you and put you in a zone-- this is without metaphors

I wash dishes every day but have never thought of writing a poem for them. Hmm thank you for the inspiration...I will write some...and I will remember to write a note for whose inspiration :)
