Feeling I Got
This feeling of deep sadness is hard to shake
I’m trying to be strong but all I can do is cry
My inner being hurts from an unidentifiable pain
This deep sadness is too big for me to battle on my own
This deep sadness is deep rooted
I have depression
How I figured it out
Listening to music
A gospel song came on
And the first name I heard was ‘Jesus’
I got a heavy and sharp pain in my left shoulder and arm
My heart aches and that pain was coming from that spot
The music is pushing love throughout my heart
To my back
Get off me Devil
Release sigh

Yes .... it comes and goes like a BAD COLD . ... working thru it tho
