Today's Roy Moore is Not the Roy Moore of 40 Years Ago
The opponents of Roy Moore, the GOP nominee for the US senate from Alabama,
are dredging up his mistakes of 40 years ago.
But these witch-hunters haven't found any women that he propositioned AFTER the 1970s.
Why is that??
Apparently he cleaned up his act.
He mended his ways, straightened out.
He isn't the person that he was back then.
He has "reinvented himself," as they say.
He is a devout Christian now.
Perhaps he "found God" back in the '70s which caused his metamorphosis.
Christ said that"the angels in heaven take more satisfaction from a sinner who repents" and changes his ways "than in the righteous who need no repentance"(Luke 15.7,10).
Perhaps the people dogging Roy Moore's
candidacy are not really concerned about his attempts to date 16 year-old girls back in the 1970s.
Their real motive is defeat anyone with Christian values from winning a senate seat.
While Moore did wrong some 40 years back, his opponent Doug Jones is on the side of gross evil TODAY.
And that makes him infinitely worse than
Moore.
Doug Jones supports the socalled "doctors" who tell little boys who want to be girls that they really can become girls thru sex change operations -
A/K/A "gender-reassignment surgery."
What an abominable mutilation of their bodies lies ahead for the dupes who undergo the knife of these "doctors from hell" !!!
How can someone as perverse as Doug Jones (and anyone else who is in favor of sex-change operations) be preferable to straight-arrow Judge Roy Moore ??!!
For the Washington Post, etc, to dog his heels reminds me of the book/movie "Les Miserables," by Victor Hugo about a policeman persecuting an innocent man just because he did wrong decades earlier.
Yes, that's it, the opponents of Roy Moore are latter-day incarnations of swinish-looking Charles Laughton, the actor who played Javert, the piggish policeman
in the 1935 movie version of Les Miserables.
