Obtain and contain

I strain to contain what I did obtain from this I cannot abstain
a containment I cannot sustain
it's placement is adjacent to my brain
causing delusions and illusions
many conclusions none have solutions
a tumor is the rumour
a suture for the future
a bandaid laid and made to aid till I fade
I look to unhook
this realm did overwhelm
touching ground on land I found clutching it as mine to be crowned
with voices I am drowned making choices that are not sound
perplexed feeling vexed
wondering what's next
blundering and shuddering
filled with suffering
without covering
discovering recovering in comforting governing of pain reviewing and rerouting to drain
without strain its keeping me sane I shout out in vain
I repress stress to express when in distress
avoiding a catastrophic mess
with logic i give a diagnostic that's toxic
a psychotic neurotics optic is myopic
