As usually, I loved it... It also reminded me of this little thought that once crossed my mind:

That last stanza is pure gold, beautiful one. You let your voice carry, regardless of what it has to say. Never silence what needs to be said. Don't leave it trapped inside your head where it can wreak havoc. Sending you so many hugs. I do so love you

spill lady dark    
from the bowels of hell    
release the beast    
you conceal so well    

And the last stanza is perfect.  You watch your words, hold your tongue if need be.  You know how to capture a reader.

this is such a strong write and I am speaking as a person who suffered for three weeks from post-op delirium even to this day I cannot describe the horror adequately :-)
