Ode
Organic curve in perfect tandom line,
In lift and swirl, a calla lily’s smile,
Like Luna’s bulb that Nouveau clouds would hide.
With subtle shape that Mucha’s work implies,
But only god and goddess this design.
A night that spends in warmest morning’s rise,
The first dawn kiss that full sleep’s wait imbibes;
She gives such pleasing gaze in our review,
With searching eyes, this form I would consume;
The length of stem to flower’s head pursue.
And from this gain, she covers all in dew,
This finest grace that shows itself in you.
