Lost

I lost myself today
Cuz the medicine
Doesn't take  the pain away.

I pinch my skin
Just to feel.
Im hallucinating again
And i know
None of it is real.

I laced up my shoes
And went out the door
Walking for hours and
I don't know where I am anymore.

The years they fall and
These feelings will soon subside.
I remember the first time
My heart broke...
That was the day
That i died.

With all that I've become
Soon I'll have my bitter end.
Eventually, everyone I love
Will leave me all alone
With the monsters
In my head.
