Just A Girl Who Needs Love
I need love she thought
Something deeper than what I’ve got
A love where secrets are shared and kept
Something so deep that I’ve never known yet
And I need it today or I’ll go mad
I need something deep and lyrical
Where the song is the love we make
And the words are full of what my lover loves
About me and my love for him
And I need it soon or I’ll lose my mind
I haven’t known real love yet
That much I know for sure
I’ve had faint copies that are only pieces and parts of the whole
Nowhere near what I need but all I’ve found with the boys I’ve known
What she needs so much is just a man
A real man with a real love in his heart
Who falls in love with her
And gives her what she needs before she goes batty
She doesn’t want to lose her mind
All she wants is real love
Is it so hard to find in this day and age
Where everything can be had for a dime on the net
Except what she needs it seems
I need love she thought again
And began to cry
Something deeper than what I’ve got
A love where secrets are shared and kept
Something so deep that I’ve never known yet
And I need it today or I’ll go mad
I need something deep and lyrical
Where the song is the love we make
And the words are full of what my lover loves
About me and my love for him
And I need it soon or I’ll lose my mind
I haven’t known real love yet
That much I know for sure
I’ve had faint copies that are only pieces and parts of the whole
Nowhere near what I need but all I’ve found with the boys I’ve known
What she needs so much is just a man
A real man with a real love in his heart
Who falls in love with her
And gives her what she needs before she goes batty
She doesn’t want to lose her mind
All she wants is real love
Is it so hard to find in this day and age
Where everything can be had for a dime on the net
Except what she needs it seems
I need love she thought again
And began to cry
