I love scrabble but my family plays it a little unorthodox. We would drive serious scrabble players to the brink of insanity, I think. We call it drunken scrabble. And there's nothing competitive in our method of playing. Which would rob you of all your fun, I think. But next time I'm playing I will think of you and grin.

I am a fan of scrabble too, we also play a different version called sound out scrabble, where words are valid as long as you can sound them out - so the word scrabble could be put down as Ssckrabbblle it's fun and the games are usually quick :-)
