I managed to quit by filling an old medicine bottle full of ash and cig ends, carried it with me wherever I went and when I got the craving I unscrewed the top and took a long deep sniff. The chapter on the benefits of smoking in Alan Carr's book is also a winner.

I've been off & on for years. Your method is much more extreme than mine I must say! I chewed on baby carrots for weeks after quitting this last time. They went with me everywhere. & yes I am addicted to them, I like the way it looks. :)

I find smoking much more enjoyable when you dont guilt yourself about it. Guilt causes lung cancer you know! ;) I smoke the yellows too! And i enjoy the hell out of them.
