Pipe Dream

Drifting through Blewbury fog
Drood elicits dreams
The pipe drooping as the shadows close
But the den doyene supplies the flame, and sighs
"All will be well, gentle man
Your demons are at bay
Your desires caressing your brow..."

Rosa gathers her innocence
The long-stemmed radiance in her supple arms
Drood relieves her burden
Lowers her in the field
Removes her petticoats and Sunday best
She marvels at his manhood
It's solidity and throb
It's pulse as it parts her
Penetrates a maiden's final defense
The ecstasy is indescribable
As she proclaims Pastor Drood her god

Drood awakens
Relinquishes the pipe and its cold ash
The bells beckon
Guiding him back to a gentler god
Guiding him back to the flock.
