AFRICAN BRIDE
(Not autobiographical)
I kiss the skin, as dark as earth,
Of she who'll give my children birth.
I gladly lose myself in her,
She bears the soul of Africa,
To be explored and not dismissed,
Her full lips are made to be kissed,
I see a vibrant sense of life
In she who I chose as my wife.
I kiss the skin, as dark as earth,
Of she who'll give my children birth.
I gladly lose myself in her,
She bears the soul of Africa,
To be explored and not dismissed,
Her full lips are made to be kissed,
I see a vibrant sense of life
In she who I chose as my wife.
