Cancer
Spent a few days at the vet
Carved up, tumor removed
It was pretty big but nabbed early
Stage one
Went to visit last night
Brought her some fresh chicken
Vet said she was ready to go home
Translation
She's barking like crazy
Please take her home
She's the ultimate mutt
Almost 16
Fiery, feisty, calls all the shots
My baby
Hope to keep her dance party rocking
Two days without her
Apt feels empty
She's coming home
Who knows for how long

Oh poo! Okay...that's okay...everything happens for a reason...she needed them to handle those unexpected bumps in the road and then it'll be as if she's walking on newly poured foundation...all good!! :)
