neap

new leaf, new page,
clean break, wiped slate,
pastures new, fresh bread,
new moon, made bed.
i changed my manifesto
and made a revolution,
cut all the metal and concrete stays,
dissolved them in solutions,
flexible, unpredictable, take life by surprise,
i'm lost and found, in and out,
safe and sound, up and down,
life is a changing tide.
