Do Not be Shy to Skinny Dip
Skinny dipping is for all
Try it; the feeling will enthrall
It is not just for the young
Naked swimming is such fun
Don't worry about your body shape
Although at first some will gape
Ignore all these poisonous glances
You will relax as the day advances
You will see a range of figures
Sylphlike and those much bigger
Accept all you see around
As with faces that abound.
The freedom of being nude
Should put you in a good mood
Relax and enjoy your swim
Then dry off in the sun
Public nudity should be legal
The naked body is quite regal
Why must we always hide
The organs that nature provide

Thought of a rhyme beginning with the title:
Do not be shy to skinny dip
When you see your friends take a strip
To dive into the water bare;
You too will want to join them there.
That ease in their own skin rubs off
On you, your own clothes soon you doff
To join the liberated fun
Under the warming, smiling sun
Or even of the night time moon,
A water dance to nature's tune.
I have BTW likened DUP in at least one poem to a nudist beach; writing erotic poems, especially when one has been inspired by another poet, can have the same feel as the communal skinny dipping described in this poem.
