Guess Who ?!

I confessed
my adorations
for him
and
it became
apparent that
I wasn't
the only
girl
in his
world
that he adored.

It was through
mistaken
identity
that my
heart shattered
into
a million pieces.

I would've married
that man
and
birthed his child.

I wanted to
spend the rest
of my life
with him.

But.

Now. I contemplate whether I can trust him
with my heart & soul.

My love for him
became the greatest
tragedy.

I love him
dearly
but its just not
enough
to anchor his
heart
to
mine
for better or worst !

We'd both end up miserable.
