Torture

The torment fills me
The pain grips me,
when you're near me.
Why come close to me?

Your words ensnare me.
Your actions deter me.
Your ways confuse me.
What do you want from me?

You say you love me.
You declare you need me-
You're lost without me.
When will you commit to me?

Torture is what you do to me.
Despair is when you touch me.
Pain is who you've become to me.
in Loneliness is how you leave me.
