Gasoline

I feel sore
From soaring this world
It's an eyesore
The concrete is so cruel
It's so crude
No smoothness in the eyes
And my hands are rough
I'm too tired to try.

      I need gasoline
      Soaking the stones
      As deep as my bones
      Glistening on my skin
      Washing away the iron dust
      I need gasoline
      To give me energy
      Reverse the push of gravity
Pour the bath for a Queen
      And shiver from her lust

I need it so, so, so much.

To hell with innocence
And other useless fakes
Enough with the jokes
Purify my body
And intoxicate
I want you to fuel me
With a clear, volatile spirit,
The pure essence of modernity.

      I need gasoline
      Soaking the stones
      As deep as my bones
      Glistening on my skin
      Washing away the iron dust
      I need gasoline
      To give me energy
      Reverse the push of gravity
Pour the bath for a Queen
      And shiver from her lust

I need it so, so, so much.

Righteously deserving
Be happy to give
And give only to me

Its scent so sweet
Makes my head light

So cool down my spine
Along burning sweat
The feeling is sublime.

      I need gasoline
      Soaking the stones
      As deep as my bones
      Glistening on my skin
      Washing away the iron dust
      I need gasoline
      To give me energy
      Reverse the push of gravity
Pour the bath for a Queen
      And shiver from her lust

I need it so, so, so much.
