Natalism's Crypt

It began as an outwardly protruding bump so vulnerable to the uncertainties penetrating inwardly.
The ooohs, the Ahhhs, ever-present Awwws
A spectacle much like a performance at a circus
For nature was surely performing its routine bout of acrobatics

Life's beginnings are merely a show to a curiously familial audience.
Possibilities of a life derailed be damned
Those endings have long since become accepted tragedies.
not an outcry nor a stir questioning the implications of an unfulfilled life
brought about by carnal desires precipitated in a bedroom
The life of a child is so precious.
Before it dares show a foreign autonomy

A child of god
A gift received
A child of god
A gift received

A little marionette to do what we need
Enforcing our will to use as we please
A contributing member of society indeed
Until its usefulness expires
Castigation and death by whatever means
