the mistake of the masses always thinking the masses must be right
but NO
two heads are not always better
the most common excuse ever said
EVERYONE is doing it!!!
when did everyone become the standard for right and wrong?
i pray everyone doesn't start plucking out their eyes
it would be too cool not to do it too
after all everyone is doing it
i would rather be a blind everyone than a seeing no one

and its not just the kids too the dads want to be cool too
just not enough to let mom lead after all her place is in the kitchen
i wonder how many Thatchers and Merkels are wasted in a pot serving Hitlers and Abachas
but no
everyone is not yet ready to let woman lead so no one gives young Hannah a chance
how long until someone realizes that everyone is not always right and no one has to follow everyone's trend?
we forget once everyone had a slave
we pretend everyone never called a black man nigga
we act like everyone never relegated a black man to the back of the bus
everyone admits that everyone was wrong then
i guess everyone has evolved now cos everyone can't be wrong now

the irony being how often everyone gets it wrong
our vanity and need to belong turning us into everyone simultaneously making us no one
killing our true self the thing that makes us someone
there was a time when God was the standard
i guess that was as long as everyone allowed it
everyone no longer thinks it is cool to talk about God so no one openly acknowledges him
everyone replaced God with their god the big screen
so whereas the Bible says thou shalt not fornicate
everyone's God openly encourages it so no one thinks twice about it anymore after all...
everyone is doing it... including me
so much power given to everyone to trample on the little one we forget that everyone is a collection of many little ones and at some point everyone is a little one
but the power is so intoxicating we don't care about how we make someone feel for not being everyone
we forget how fast the tables can turn

is there ever going to be a time in history when mankind isn't wicked to the few?
when will the unfortunate lessons taught to us by history finally be learnt?
the Hutu versus Tutsi
White man versus Black man
the holocaust
everyone condemns those acts in history
simultaneously doing their best to emulate
we hail mother Theresa and act like Idi Amin
even with a teacher as good as history everyone fails the test of life
how do we live in harmony with everyone and not just everyone that forms part of the majority
