It fragile and broken, the skin in which i engraved your name.
Slowly tearing apart beneath the blade.
But i feel no pain...
Your memory is wilting as i am forgotten, so i let my anger slit right through my wrists.
But i feel no pain...
Our love has faded, giving me no motivation. Your soul is empty, it always loved me in vein.

Deliberately using vein for vane is quite masterful, Taylor. So enjoyable that I think it's too short.

But ya see that's the best part - the way it reminds the reader of the cuts you talked about earlier in your poem. Hope ya get it. Your poem is great.

sometimes the best, be sure and lie; say they they were intentional.
