My panic attacks

You wake up feeling nervous not kowing   what today holds,
Just the thought of going out a little panic then unfolds,
This time you beat it at least its what you think,
Half way on your travels your heart begins to sink,
But you carry on walking take each step in your stride,
When all you want to do is go home alone to hide,
Your hands begin to shake sweat begins to show,
Your heart is beating faster you've no place else to go,
Legs turn to jelly your eyes slightly fade,
Everything becomes so blurry at home you wish you stayed,
Each breath feels like your last you dont know what to do,
Every day in the mind of panic disorder this is what it puts you through.....
