Ripping The Man
In my heart I tried not to
rip him to the wire,
I wanted to wait, to hold the words,
the expressions...
He had never met a woman
like me though he thought I
was not so different,
he hadn't known...
He was like the others,
I knew it, they ran away,
so I tried to hold him
close and tight...
He didn't know how I
wanted to just take to fill
myself with all he had to give
he was my dream...
I held back to let him stay
and hang on, to let him aspire,
I didn't throw myself down
on the ground before him...
I wanted to desperately, but
I feared the outcome I was
driven crazy with desire,
in loving him, to rip him...
My bottomless heart couldn't
contain him, it wanted to remain
free and yet wanted him to
be it's foundation...
I wanted reason in him
somehow I wanted him
to listen to it all and to tell
him the story...
I wanted recognition in it
I wanted to be heard
I felt the truth burning, to tell it
I waited for the words...
I feared it all and resigned
to not be the same way this time
as before I waited for a sign
then felt the ripping inside...
I knew he wanted me to
rip him to the wire he was
too used to being intact and free
he needed to be set afire...
In my heart I asked why
and he answered with need;
I could rip his body, his mind;
he wanted to be taken blind...
In my mind I ripped him,
he got away fine and I was
left with a ravaging desire to rip
any man who found me kind...
rip him to the wire,
I wanted to wait, to hold the words,
the expressions...
He had never met a woman
