Skipping record on repeat
so I'm not gonna speak
not anymore

I'll just sit
maybe pray
to a god
I made up
inside my head
dwindling interest I can tell
you're no longer under my spell
not anymore

I fucked up
in lots of ways
I don't know
how to fix
any of it
chemical imbalance I could blame
but the endings still the same

away the pain
I miss you

I really like the connection you made to a skipping record on repeat to the rest of the content in this poem. I also dig the rhyming, as i love doing it myself. You built a bridge with your words. great work!
