Heavenly Joy

There I sit, strumming my guitar.
I start to sing, but I cannot hear the sound of my voice.
A heavenly joy overwhelms my heart,
and tears begin streaming down my cheeks;
a piece of heaven has touched my soul.
So beautiful, so glorious, so majestic, is this heavenly joy;
I cannot help but sing.

Slowly, I begin to hear the sound of my voice,
and the words that flow from my lips.
My heart and soul are singing;
"Take my life LORD,
and use me,
LORD use,
to glorify Thy name,
to glorify Thy name,
to glorify Thy name."

So beautiful, so glorious, so majestic, is this heavenly joy;
the Spirit has flooded my soul,
and my heart is overflowing with His fruits.
I shall walk by the Spirit from this day forward.
So beautiful, so glorious, so majestic, is this heavenly joy.
