Be silent,  
and as for life,
take your  time and live,
 
Think outside and beyond,  
then speak with intent,  
 
 love honestly,
 and fearlessly,  
With the heart,
 and spirit, of greatness,  
and divine will.
 
listen  
and find God within your self,
as nature brings you comfort,
 joy, abundance
and health.  
 
 close your eyes  
And breathe.......  
 
embrace life,
remember,
 you are ,
and of that
which is  
forever living.
